it’s a lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is important for preventing chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. It also helps to reduce the occurrence and impact of health problems, cope with life stressors, and improve the overall quality of life. A healthy diet is important for protecting against malnutrition and noncommunicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Components of a healthy lifestyle include following a balanced diet, limiting alcohol use, engaging in physical activity, getting adequate sleep, and managing stress.
